The University of Delaware's Institute for Public Administration (IPA) has launched a new program to provide FREE technical grant assistance to local governments in Delaware!

The Grant Assistance Program (GAP) is a state-funded initiative that provides free technical grant assistance to local governments for infrastructure initiatives and other competitive and formula grant opportunities.

Whether it's researching and communicating grant opportunities, developing municipal projects, writing and submitting grant applications, or providing grant-based training opportunities, GAP has you covered.
