Keynote Speaker - Jim White
The event features keynote speaker Jim White, Chair of the Delaware Native Species Commission and Member of the Delaware Nature Society. Jim will explain the benefits of native species and how local governments can take the lead by using native plants in landscaping of all new facilities, including parks and open spaces.
Legislative Update - Lincoln Willis
DLLG's Legislative Relations consultant Lincoln Willis will provide a legislative update and highlight legislation impacting Delaware local governments as the 151^st General Assembly comes to a close.
