The DNREC Division of Air Quality will hold a public hearing at 6 PM on Wed., April 26, 2023 (Docket #2022-R-A-0011) regarding amendments to regulation 7 DE Admin. The proposed amendments to the regulation may be inspected online starting April 1, 2023, on the Delaware Register of Regulations, on the Division of Air Quality Regulatory Development web page, or by contacting Kyle Krall by phone at 302-739-9402 or by email.

The Department will accept public comment through the close of business on May 26, 2023. Comments will be accepted in written form via email to DNRECHearingComments@delaware.gov, using the online form at de.gov/dnreccomments.
